This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the customer ("Customer") and CONAGRI ("Company") for the purchase ONE of the options listed below, (collectively referred to as the "Package"). By accepting this Agreement, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below:
Package Details:
Option 1
Sunward SWE 08 and a Mechbadger MD01 Dumper* - Total Price. £20,995 Plus VAT
Deposit payable upon order of 10%-£2099.50 plus VAT.
The weekly price of £101.25 plus VAT for BOTH machine.
Subject to finance application and approval.

Option 2
Sunward SWE 08 Excavator and a Dragon CR400 Mini Crusher – Total Price. £43,400, Plus VAT
Deposit payable upon order of 10%-£4340.00 plus VAT.
The weekly price of £208.25 plus VAT for BOTH machines

Option 3
Mechbadger MP01 Dumper*, including three attachments. The Backhoe. Loader arm and Dumper – Total Price. £21,995 Plus VAT
Deposit payable upon order of 10%-£2199.50 plus VAT.
The weekly price of £105.50 plus VAT for BOTH machines
Subject to finance application and approval.

Term:
The term of this Agreement is for a period of 5 years from the date of acceptance.
Delivery and Installation:
The Company shall deliver and install the Package at a location specified by the Customer, subject to mutual agreement.
Ownership and Risk:
Ownership of the Package shall transfer to the Customer upon full payment of the package price and VAT.
Risk of loss or damage to the Package shall pass to the Customer upon delivery.
Warranty:
Sunward SWE 08 = 5 year Warranty
Mechbadger MD01 = 2 year Warranty
Dragon CR400 = 1 year Warranty
Maintenance and Service:
The Customer is responsible for the regular maintenance and servicing of the Package in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
Limitation of Liability:
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Package.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice in the event of a material breach by the other party.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
Amendments:
Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
